Of Flesh and Blush

With the flourish of roses came the air of spring and summer, wrapping in the desert’s breeze. As the breeze filled the desert and Annette, it began to rain.

In the droplets, there was magic. It wet Annette, and it turned the sands before her into a crystal sea.

Annette’s skin lingered with the droplets. It shone as if brushed with diamonds, and the magic gave the wasteland water. The horse creature was lost with the rise of the waters, gone when the sand filled with sea.

The sea was as brilliant as the creature’s flesh, and in its glinting radiance, the water called Annette in.

She stepped into the beckoning sea. Annette moved deeper into the water, until it reached her breasts, and the ripples along the surface echoed with sound.

Then she went beneath.

What was under the sea was endless, a watery abyss before her. Annette had no fear, only the sense of life and power. There was no need for breath here; it was filled with the essence of vitality.
